Meeting with Dr Harbin was one of the worst experiences with a doctor that I have had in my entire life. He was downright cruel. After being completely disinterested in understanding a miscommunication that was generated by his own office, he literally said that he did not care that I was in pain. As a single mom who drove 3 hours to be in his care, it is hard to imagine being treated worse. Take all those 5-star reviews with a grain of salt - this is not a professional man, let alone a compassionate one.
Dr. Harbin is probably one of the best doctors I’ve seen in my entire life. He explains everything, shows compassion for his clients and does awesome work. I won’t go to anyone else for my knees except for him. We need more doctors like him.
Dr. Harbin is only one of two doctors I have ever had and really liked in my 68 plus years being so very attentive, compassionate, friendly and professional.
