I am returning to the Bone & Joint Center to have my other knee replaced. Dr. Harbin and the entire team are the primary reason for my return. I really enjoy how they fully explain expectations and outcomes. The entire staff's welcoming attitude and willingness to assist is wonderful. I am actually looking forward to the surgery, not just because it will give me relief from my acute pain in my knee, but because I know that Dr. Harbin and his team will be with me every step of the way, through my full recovery.
From the moment I met Dr Harbin I knew I was going to be treated well. From the onset of the evaluation that I absolutely needed a hip replacement to the actual surgery at St Peters in Albany the attention to detail of my care was executed perfectly to the point that amazed me. I would highly recommend the Capital District Bone and Joint Center for any and all of your Orthopaedic needs. From pre-op work up with my nurse Melissa, to speaking with Hope (PA), to interactions with the Anesthesiologist and the surgical team, to Anne Marie at my initial post op, then Hilton for more post op, and lastly, the PT Nick --- every single person was kind, caring, sensitive to my needs, treated me with dignity, and they were just top notch caregivers!
