I don’t know how Dr. Pappas has multiple four and five star reviews. My experience with him has been very unsatisfactory overall. Generally speaking his office staff is very nice, but he himself is overall incompetent. All I needed was a simple ingrown toenail removal. I am an overall healthy 45 year old patient It took him two times -2 seperate procedures to try to get the toenail AND on the second time the lidocaine injection has caused me permanent numbness in my big toe. I recommend going anywhere else. Very odd experience and bedside manner. Short and dismissive. Waste of my time off and insurance benefits. Office staff was kind. They get 4 stars. Doctor experience 0
Horrible customer service. Called to make an appointment was put on hold and call dropped. Called back 2 more times was put on hold again and call dropped. Lost my business.
About a year ago I had an ankle injury. My first injury that required surgery in my 72 years. The hospital that treated me in the emergency room gave me a list of doctors that I could contact for the surgery that would be involved. I am so grateful that I chose Dr. Alexander Pappas. From my initial appointment and his prognosis of what procedure he could do I felt at ease and comfortable with him at my side.
