A particular front staff member at the Trinity location has zero or even negative customer service skills. It was a short interaction and she probably didn’t even realize how cold and rude she was, but it was enough for me to reverse course and not continue with this doctor’s practice.

I am so fed up with this clinic. They keep changing my appointment dates. And the last time I go to my appointment and when I get there the office is closed and now I have to call back again on Monday and see who dropped the ball and take another day from work to go to my appointment. The doctor may be a good Socorro but their customer service is terrible.

It is with a heart full of love that I'm writing this review. This review is full of love, grace, and mercy. First, I would love to give praise to Doctor Alexander. Without his strength, guidance, and direction, surrounded by an amazing staff—from scheduling to care, follow-up, and everything in between—I suffered from a terrible auto accident in my lower back. Dr. Swaringen and her entire staff are the best!!! Her care has helped me with my constant knee pain allowing me back to a normal life.

I had a total knee replacement by Dr. Swaringen and I highly recommend her! I had such a great experience and did so much better than I anticipated. I was able to manage the pain and did great with doing physical therapy. Dr Swaringen and her staff are very personable and I had no problems with anything. She always addressed whatever concerns I had and solved any medical concerns I was having. I really felt like I was in good hands.
