Won an item, tried to pay the invoice as soon as I received it. It would not process, so called and emailed with no response given. Three days later they “removed” the item. Several items in the same auction were “lot passed”, not the item I bid on and “won”. Truly disappointing no return phone call or email explanation. Put a reserve on your items if you are not going to honor your auctions.

This place is fantastic! Alex is so easy to work with & goes above & beyond to make it easy. The prices here are phenomenal as are the stones!! I have bought a lot from them & live on the east coast because they are reputable & have incredible prices!!
