1. I am not familiar with the roles of a dental hygienist, but it seemed weird to me that Dr. Della Bella only did the drilling part of my filling. The hygienist did everything else, putting in the filling, polishing, etc. 2. Too many reminder emails, text messages, and phone calls. 3. There is ALWAYS someone being trained. I'm over being part of the training experience.
