The receptionist Mary took forever to answer my phone call, and she put me on hold for a long time several times. This was the longest time I ever waited on the phone. She was kind of rude too. I almost thought she was doing it intentionally. It’s not the doctor’s fault but it definitely made feel like not wanting to go there.
I was able to get an appointment within 8 days, and now I’m scheduled for a procedure. Super fast service. Thank you.
