Have had serious health issues for years for which I’m homeless from. I call to make a appointment and get hung up by Stephanie for no reason. Was literally just told in a very rude tone “I need to do something can you hold” mid call. Got sent to voicemail answer machine not on hold. Called again voicemail. I get in contact with the other girl working and asked her what I did “oh nothing it’s just Thursday is her Friday it’s 4:40 when I’m being told this.
