This building is not for retirees.
I’m not afraid to post this publicly. I own a business across the street and this place should be embarrassed. We have video footage of their residents actively using and injecting outside for kids and teens (high school students across the street) to see. Embarrassment to Hagerstown.
This place exclusively houses crackheads and drug addicts who cause problems for the whole downtown area. The people who live here are extremely rude and disrespectful and hangout outside and constantly trash where they live and smoke crack cocaine freely out in the open. The owners/people who run the Alexander house should be ashamed of themselves for letting this nice building be a breeding ground for rampant crime and drug use.
