New to this firm but used the services of a competitor recently. This firm is leap and bounds better than the larger, more recognized firm I used. They have attention to detail. They return phone calls and emails. They genuinely seem to care for me as an individual and not just look at me like a number. So far I’m am extremely impressed with their customer service and most importantly their quick responses. Highly recommend this firm to anyone in need!

Rarely do you find true customer concern. It is always what’s best for the company. I found the exception to that reality. Alex ******at Harris law in Chicago is a perfect role model of how to treat a client! Not only did he share his knowledge and experience with me to analyze the best strategy for me but he actually seemed to enjoy the opportunity to solve my serious problem. I did not hire Alex. We determined very quickly that I did not in fact need his services. He did however continue to answer ALL of my tax questions for FREE. He also gave advice on what to do 12 months from now and welcomed me to email him or call him again with questions. Alex spent well over 30 minutes on the phone with me upon my first call. Jesica ****** from Alexander Harris took care of my ongoing tax issues and resolve them in a matter of days, were I couldn't get anywhere with the Internal Revenue Service and she had my transcripts in two days and got to the Bottom of Everything I couldn't have asked for any more! Great job!
