Harris and his firm are horrible communicators. After my parents paid them a retainer, Harris said that they would have a proposal on their case in about a week. Over a month went by, then we finally had a call with him. He seemed responsive and competent on the call. I asked him when we would see the proposal and he responded 2 business days.
