Never met a more professional and caring staff! Smiles, concerns and excellence in care everywhere at this orthopedic office. At age 92, I have seen dozens of doctors and visited numerous clinics - and the Greenstein, MD group, starting with Dr.Greenstein, are among the very best!
I paid $250 just to get my sleeve taken off. I didn’t even get an exam or have my arm looked at—he only glanced at the x-rays from the hospital and told me I could take the sleeve off. That was it. The whole process was quick, but absolutely not worth $250. What makes it worse is that I had called beforehand and told the staff I was unemployed and wanted to make sure I’d be getting the most out of my money. I suffered a crush foot injury. The doctors and staff were great. Treatment was good . I can’t say anything bad about how I was cared for
Dr. Greenstein is brilliant and skillful. He takes his time to explain the details and ease our concerns. I am so grateful that Dr. Greenstein cured my son's foot so he can walk again.
