Going in I knew I needed a lot of work, this was a 2nd opinion based off my initial bad one from a nameless dentist in Mandarin (San Jose & 295) I was really turned off to dentistry. Donald came and got me from the waiting room, sat me down in an office to talk first. He then brought me to a chair, which is when his assistant took over to take pictures. Dr. Alexander is a true professional in every sense of the word. His "chair-side" manner is light, cheerful, and instantly puts you at ease. His attention to detail is impeccable and I am always satisfied with the quality of his work. I should also mention that his office staff is wonderfully sweet, accommodating, and a joy to be around. I live in Miami and drive to see him whenever I need anything done. It's worth the trip!
There was no pain after the root canal was performed. I felt much better after the procedure then I did when I came for the appointment.
A new and fun experience. Getting your teeth whitened was fast and easy and makes a huge difference. No waiting. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I think I will bring all my dental issues to Dr. Alexander now.
