I’d avoid Dr Leung and his nursing team at all costs. I was supposed to meet with Dr Leung today, as a referral from my hematologist, who had me change my family and work plans to accommodate this appointment which my hematologist deemed urgent. Instead of Dr Leung, a nurse came into the room 45 minutes late and gave advice that conflicted with everything else I’ve been told over the last few months since my diagnosis. Id recommend to avoid Dr Leung and his nursing team at all costs. I have been taking Xarelto since a DVT diagnosis just short of 3 months ago. I was supposed to meet with Dr Leung today, as a referral from my hematologist, who had me change my family and work plans to accommodate this appointment which my hematologist deemed urgent. Instead of Dr Leung, a nurse came into the room 45 minutes late and coldly advised that my vein is fully occluded (no blood flow), as well as that the DVT has not changed and “will never go away”... read more
