Friendly staff, great bedside manners, attentive very thoughtful and thorough. Great communication
Dr Cho was very dismissive and instead of listening to me he was too busy telling me I was too young to be in pain (45) and that he highly doubts that there was anything wrong with me…. Also he told me he would order a MRI and he didn’t 6days after my visit I called and got the test scheduled……. Also his breath was very offensive, dealing with people in a up close environment he should be mindful of that
Dr. Alexander Cho is a great Dr and is excellent at what he does he gets you fixed right on back up. He performed my son’s shoulder surgery and did an MRI excellent job my son is able to continue to play sports.
Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Chao closely mirrored that of Ms. Olvera Sandra—making it clear that my visit was not an exception, but rather indicative of this clinic’s routine approach to patient care. Dr. Chao came across as rushed and disengaged throughout the appointment. Though X-rays were taken, he neither shared them nor offered any meaningful explanation.
