We called Elite for a quote on a new unit for our upstairs. They were prompt, courteous and explained things in a way the general customer could understand. They provided all the options but did not try to upsell us on something we did not need. They had our new unit installed the next day. The exact same day we called about a new unit, another stopped cooling. We had a house full of Elite HVAC technicians ready to get us cooling again.
