Technician spotted that the condensate drain was piped incorrectly from the original install years ago. It wasn't causing a problem yet but it would have eventually. Fixed the piping during the tune-up. That kind of proactive catch is what separates a good technician.
They are fabulous. Highly skilled technicians who are quick to respond to needs. I have confidence in their work.
