I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Au. From the reception area greeting to the back staff, Toni, Kayla, Nicole, the PA Emily and the new MA ( sorry I forgot her name) are the most professional, pleasant, compassionate and friendly women. Run from this Dr. Poor job beyond words. My chest on both sides go around to my underarms. Rude. Said to me could just take them out speaking of my reconstruction. Bad enough had to lose breast's due to cancer. But, with that attitude. Zero lack of empathy!!
