From the reception area greeting to the back staff, Toni, Kayla, Nicole, the PA Emily and the new MA ( sorry I forgot her name) are the most professional, pleasant, compassionate and friendly women. Run from this Dr. Poor job beyond words. My chest on both sides go around to my underarms. Rude. Said to me could just take them out speaking of my reconstruction. Bad enough had to lose breast's due to cancer. But, with that attitude. Zero lack of empathy!!
I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Dr. Au and his exceptional/compassionate team. As someone currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer, I was understandably anxious about my reconstructive journey. Every step of the process—from the initial consult to the post-op care—was handled with a high level of professionalism and care that exceeded my expectations.
My experience with Dr. Au, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the post-op appointments, both he and his staff were personable, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Au even went above and beyond by answering my call after hours on Christmas Eve. I felt supported every step of the way, and the care I received exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended!!
