I have been booted several times despite never missed a payment on my parking A person got killed in the staircase. Prices you see on the site are far from reality. You get hit with mind blowing charges that you don't sign up for. Spare yourself the headache to live in this shithole.
not too terrible, but their billing system will charge you crazy fees even if you pay on time, and then the leasing office will say "we don't handle late fees refunds" and make it super complicated to impossible to get your refund from their accountant. in two words, you will end up paying late fees every month, so be mindful. also the fees that show on the monthly are adding up to a lot more than expected. if your rent is 1250 you will be paying close to 1500 every month one way or another.
