Hands down, The best cardiologist in Amarillo, Texas! I've had heart caths before by a different cardiologist and I was horrified at the thought of having to go through that hell again. But Dr. Armour and his BSA team did everything to make me comfortable and truly put my mind at ease. He's honest, upfront and tells you what's going on instead of leaving you in the dark. My cardiologist, Dr. Osborne retired in 2024. I had to search for a new cardiologist. My friend recommended Dr. Armour and I’m so thankful she did! He is compassionate, doesn’t sugar coat anything, tells you what you need to do to get better and strengthen your heart muscle and get off the meds. He listens to your concerns and relays real answers to help solve symptoms using natural remedies, like diet and exercise. Not just throwing more pills at you. Dr. Armour is kind, compassionate and cares about what the patients says and feels. It was a long wait to see him, but well worth it.
Avoid going to this Doctor's clinic. He is least interested in spending time on patients, just prescribe medications and go away. No explanation, nothing. The goal seems to be maximizing the number of patients seen and GREED. The office is highly outdated, unhygienic and crowded.
