The tech was here 2 1/2 hours after calling the business. He was very knowledgeable and had our AC working in less than an hour. We will use them again should the need arise. They were recommended by our son, and we will definitely pay it forward and recommend them to others.

My AC unit went out during the middle of the night. I was unaware until morning. I have multiple health issues, I have extreme inability to tolerate the heat. I called Alexander Air Conditioning (They installed the unit in 2018 within A month of hurricane Michael) I left a message on their on-call line as it was before normal business hours. It was after hours on Friday. The tech arrived quickly and was friendly. He gave us advice on further maintenance, too. We would highly recommend them!
