We have had nothing but good experiences with Alexander AC! Most recently, we had David out and he was just all around fantastic! We will be requesting him from now on.
It's been just over 3 months since our new A.C. was installed. If I could give Alexander Air 4.5 stars I would. 1st the bad. It took 3 weeks to get our new system. 2nd the Great. Before we purchased our system, the Tech came out, I think his name was John. He took his time, measured the rooms, evaluated the old AC, asked me questions, and recommended a 2.5 ton instead of the 2 tin we had. I called earlier in the week and spoke with Yvette about scheduling an apt to have someone come out and look at my wall unit. She was very professional and very pleasant to speak with. This morning she called to confirm my appointment and to get an address to send the technician out. Again very professional and pleasant. I have a vacation rental condo on the beach and alexander air installed my new system about 5 years ago. At the time I got a 10 year parts and labor warranty on the system. I am always a bit skeptical of those but My renters called me around 3:30 that my system was not working. I called alexander air and they had a tech at the location within 2 hours and fixed it under that warranty for no cost to me.
