Amazing surgeon. He is kind and compassionate, and he made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire experience. He’s extremely knowledgeable and stays on top of the latest research. His entire staff is top notch.
This man is horrid. He was all nice to me before surgery but after he got paid he just dumped me and refused to take care of me.
Dr. Abkin is a great Surgeon. From my consultation to now i have had only positive experiences with him and his staff. My surgery went well I followed all his directions and I feel great. I would recommend him & his team for anyone even thinking of having Bariatric surgery. I had the sleeve & should have done this years ago. I feel great & everyone tells me I look great at 60 pounds less W/ more to Go. I keep working my new life and am proud to have Dr. Abkin & team as my guides.

I had a bariatric sleeve done by Dr Abkin in 2017. It was the best thing I ever did! His office staff made sure I was completely prepared for this procedure! There were no surprises, and Dr Abkin and his staff were attentive and professional before and after the surgery! I highly recommend Dr Abkin , if you are looking for an effective weight loss tool!
From the beginning this process couldn't have been easier or more comforting. From the appointment process to the testing. Dr Abkin and Dr Jawed treat their patients with respect and make sure everything is understood. The office staff are friendly and make you feel like you are the most important not just a number.
