Do not recommend living here, constant pool/hot tub closures, parking garage closures, and getting packages is a nightmare. Over 5 times in less than 3 months I had problems getting access to my packages. The system they use locks you out and you have to wait till the leasing office is open before getting your important packages. $110 food order was left in the locked package room which I was not able to retrieve because they system they have in place said I had no packages so it wouldn't unlock. The community and the amenities are great but the office and service techs definitely need some major help learning how to make there residents happy. The pool and hot tub are constantly broken and closed. The hot tub doesn’t stay warm and the pool leaks like crazy. They keep closing the garage for entire days and don’t allow people to come or go while still expecting everyone to pay full price to park. I had a service request in to fix my washer. Loud construction next door and the crew closes down the street behind the building (Clyde) often. Parking garage closures to where it is inaccessible for many hours at a time (most recently from 9am-5pm). Staff recommended street parking (Where?? This is why we PAY for parking. There isn’t anywhere!) or parking for 90 minutes or less in the retail spaces. If you’re parked longer than 90 minutes, they will tow your car. Really love living in the Alexan West Highland. The building feels safe and has a super nice gym. The staff are all very caring and are helpful whenever I need anything. Plus there’s covered parking! Definitely recommend!

Loved Everyone in the office, they were always really helpful with anything that I needed. The apartment complex is overpriced for what you get, especially what they wanted for parking on top of rent. This apartment complex is a typical overpriced apartment for Denver, but that's why I moved out of the city.

Every amenity you could ask for in an apartment complex. I can go downstairs for a hair cut and cycling classes. Bike storage is ample, the pool area is awesome. I feel like I could actually use the club room space (and I have). The apartments themselves are small but well designed. The only thing I would probably dock even a half star for is the lack of appropriately sized kitchen drawers and the maze like interior that is very confusing for guests and residents.

I moved here less than a week with my partner and we are absolutely in love with the place and the awesome service. Other residents are awesome and kind. It's worthy living here. Sarah, the resident consultant was an absolute pleasure helping us apply, move and settle.

Instead of being a typical apartment consultant, Alicia helped select the perfect space for my son. She went above and beyond expectations to make the process smooth and even fun!! She made a cross-country transition one that he looks forward to. Thanks, Alicia. Alexan West Highlands is an amazing property with great staff who cares and you should totally check it out.
