Very pleased with So6. The community is very clean from the pool to the parking garage. The staff are always nice and willing to help with any resident needs/requests. The noise is the only minor concern with the maintenance to upgrade the property right now (power washing). That’s literally the only ‘complaint’ I can come up with.

I have lived at Solmar for the last 7 months and have seen a dramatic transition. Problems that existed shortly after I moved in have decreased substantially to the point where my experience living here now has been great! The staff is very helpful and nice, and this is in stark contrast to the staff when I first arrived. I would highly recommend Solmar to anyone!
