This has been my worst experience. I have lived in 10 states and this is the first time I truly feel I need to speak up in terms of housing. My motorcycle was stolen out of the parking lot which is private. There are cameras at the entrance gate for in and out, however I was never able to see footage for "privacy reasons". I made the report to the police, which they told me they couldn't release the video unless the Solmar approves it, which they didn't. Don’t be fooled into thinking this is a great place as its far from it ! IT SUCKS! Nasty as nasty can be. The turn over rate with the staff is about every month or so. That should tell you something. If you want to live in a place where your forced to use direct TV then here is the place. If you the type who gets off hearing the people above you fart and flush the toilet and walk hard core then this is the place.
