Managers nor office staff will tell you the truth. They have ALOT of vandalism breaking in to vehicles into apartments. They claim to have a "courtesy officer" who NEVER does anything. You call to report something no one responds. One of the staff members told me be careful we've had a few break in this week they kicked open a door etc... They broke in to my truck i gave the manager a picture of the vehicle I explained that want out on the side exit "REMOTE ACCESS ONLY" so it's someone who lives here. I been here a week and I LVE it here my kids LVE it my neighbors are nice it's quiet. The only bad thing is the parking I hate parking my vehicle on the other side and what's more upsetting is seeing vehicles parked I front of my building with no parking permit I understand people have guest that's cool but when you see the same car over a week come on now.....
I lived at the Alexan from 2009 to 2017, and I never had a problem. About two years ago, the parking got a little out-of-hand but was taken care of after a while. Everything was always kept neat, and maintenance was the very best! I only move to be with my sister.
