Filthy, trashed, dangerous, disgusting. Homeless galore, Walmart trash across the street. So much crime, apartments are falling apart. Dont do it.

Signed a lease agreement sight-unseen because I was moving from out of state. I dealt with Mallory exclusively throughout the process and she was extremely helpful. Sent photos of the unit and always responded to the millions of questions we had. When I initially made contact I was told there were two units available, one very affordable unit with a full size balcony, and another slightly larger unit with a balconette. Overall, it was nice living here(3 years). The residents keep to themselves, and the office staff/maintenance crew is easy to work with.

Large apartments that are poorly built and have way too little in the way of parking. The apartment has lots of amenities, a poor paint job, leaking pipes, fire alarms that like to go off at random hours, and unfriendly staff. The maintenance crew is quick, but there's only so much they can do with the building. That would be bearable, but parking is completely ridiculous. Had to park in a handicapped spot because literally every other spot was occupied and the building is surrounded by businesses that don't allow overnight ... read more
