TL:DR: Bait & Switch I'm disappointed by the business practices I have faced with ALX. I saw an ad for one of the rooms, so I took off of work at my new job to come to view apartments at ALX. I get there and see the prices are much higher than advertised. The one I came to see had been raised $200 a month, not including utilities and parking (also additional).
