I thought I would share this with everyone I know. Pay $3,500 in rent at Alexan 5151, we have had a car stolen, 2 burglaries and most recently one of my neighbors had her door kicked in, all her items and dog were stolen and I was told by leasing management they didn’t have to inform us of this because it was personal matters. I only know because I found her crying in the hallway with of course no management to show up or help and it had been hours! HOURS! RecommendedGreat Property! Fantastic Location!
We just moved into Alexan 5151 and love it so far. Moving from a large home into an apartment while we build custom nearby can be a bit of an adjustment, but it's been very nice so far. The pool and outdoor space is very peaceful and nice, and we honestly can't do without an outdoor space. All the grounds are kept very clean and the staff has been nothing but helpful. Brittany and her team have been overly helpful and accommodating.

What a terrific property! Alexan 5151 is located in the marvelous Uptown Houston district! It’s just steps away from the Houston Galleria. What an amazing location!
