After over three months, I finally got my Dodge Ram back. Can't really find anything they did correctly. After the first two weeks, I was told the truck was ready. Turns out, they over-sprayed the entire quarter panel and paint ran down the side, leaving easy to see trails. Doug failed to find or mention it and hoped we wouldn't see it. This is perhaps the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with. We have been trying to get a truck fixed since January, which they said would be no issue and would could pick it up in 2 weeks. We get there 2 weeks later and there is a paint build up dripping down the vehicle and still dents in the front that were not fixed. They tried to pass it off and hope we didn't notice.
