I got my nails done (full set) sometime in May and I took my nails off because something didn't feel right underneath. I had 9 pop off with no problems, but my left thumb nail got ripped off WITH the fake nail and my real nail is JUST now growing back, of course it was infected. The skin under my real nail was hanging out and everything. It has gotten better but there was nothing I could do because I paid cash and had no receipt. I won't be going back.
My daughter and I have been coming to Alexa for a few months now and the staff is always nice and willing to please you in any way , My Daughter has 2 nails that came off after 6 days and they were happy to replace at no cost. Great service, we found out new place to relax for sure
man has a nasty attitude & he cut my finger twice & he doesnt take his time really messy ‼️‼️ FIRST & LAST TIME
