Alex helped us find our dream home. Exactly the size we need in a great neighborhood. He helped us negotiate a 'haircut' on the price too, which is awesome in the hot bay area market. He is digital friendly, works great on email and Gdocs, which was an important criteria for us since my husband and I work in tech and use these tools to plan the house purchase. Alex is professional and effective, highly recommend.

Alex really went to bat for us. He worked tirelessly and selflessly in our favor. He and his staff were most responsive to our questions and needs. It's one thing to be able to say all the right things, but it's another to actually deliver and put all the words into action. We are truly appreciative to Alex for providing us a map and path to home ownership.
We really enjoyed working with Alex. He is knowledgeable about real estate all over the Bay area, has great negotiation skills, educates his clients and adds extra personal touches to the home-buying process. These include several in-person meetings to align on expectations as well as an offer workshop to get comfortable with how transactions are handled.
