Alex made my experience so very easy and it felt he was with me every step. My closing got pushed back about 4 weeks but it wasn’t Alex fault. It was the appraisal taking forever to come out. He tried everything in his power to make it happen sooner. Alex never ghosted me or ignored my calls. He would answer every text and call me back right away. He has kept me informed and in touch throughout a long distance home shopping adventure, he is not just a good business person (which he IS BTW) he has been personable, helpful and a generally excellent human being. His communication skills are top notch, casually friendly and always respectful of contact preferences and the time of everyone involved. He made the home buying journey that could have been difficult from 2 states away easy.
Alex came completely prepared to sell our property. He brought comps with him and he knew what he was talking about. I would recommend Alex to anyone else that is looking to sell or buy a house.
