I’ve been see seeing Dr. Sherman for IBD for 20 years. Chronic disease requires a long-term partnership between doctor and patient, and you have to trust and like your doctor. Dr. Sherman is both a great practitioner—informed, compassionate, decisive, and clear—as well as a charming, warm and worldly fellow, whom I’m happy to see even when I’m feeling terrible. He takes incredibly good care of his patients, and is responsive and highly effective in critical situations. I recommend him whole-heartedly.

Dr Sherman is the best. He's just the best. He's knowledgable, but listens. He's sensitive and caring and very funny. He get the tone just right. I would trust him absolutely, which is weird, as I never feel this way about a doctor. He's great. Did I mention he's great?

Dr Sherman is a caring, warm, and patient phisican. You won't feel rushed in any way, which means that you can ask ALL your questions. This is rare in today's 10 minutes Dr appointments . In addition he is very knowledgeable and his explanations are very easy to understand. I would certainly rate the whole experience as first class!!

I have been going to Dr. Sherman for almost 20 years. He goes way past what you would expect from a doctor. Very easy and pleasant to deal with. Excellent explanation of results and what to do. Conscientious. If you're in NY, he's the Dr. to use.
