Prompt, professional& kind
Dr Sherman and his team are great. The entire team at Kips Bay is professional and very competent. It is more important to have great doctors as we retire and can focus on our health and wellbeing. Dr Sherman and his team make it easy.
The visit was as wonderful as getting an endoscopy could be! The entire staff, from the front desk to the medical staff, the anesthesiologist, who was excellent, and the staff in the endoscopy room were courteous, knowledgeable and responsive to my every need. I particularly liked that each person introduced him or herself to me and explained what they did. Dr. Sherman embodied all of what I wrote about everyone else.
Everything was ver efficient and friendly.
From start to finish a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Trustworthiness is crucial to maintain one's medical records and health. I spoke with someone at Dr. Sherman's office who called me to confirm an appointment. I previously sent 3 messages through their portal which no one responded to. The next morning was my appointment and I was told an answer to my query would be later that day in the afternoon. Dr Sherman is an incredibly down-to-earth doctor, and he truly cares about his patients. His expertise and charisma really shine, and he made me very comfortable before and after my procedure. I have never felt in as good of hands.
