ALL STATE IS VERY UNPROFRESSIONAL. I CALLED TO GET MORE INFO ON MY POLICY BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD ONLY COVER $9.34 TOWARDS A WINDSHIELD ON MY NEW CAR. I KEPT GETTINIG TRANSFERRED AROUND AND NO ONE SEEMED TO BE ABLE TO GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER. WE'VE HAD ALL STATE AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER. WE CURRENTLY PAY THEM $10,500 A YEAR BETWEEN THE CARS WE HAVE. FOR THE AMOUNT WE PAY AND THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND COVERAGE WE HAVE, ITS GARBAGE. WILL BE SWITCHING VERY SOON.
I had a very complicated situation. I had to find coverage for a property that another company declined to reinsure. The alternative seemsd to be a very expensive policy with another company until I was directed to Kent Schwab. They insured at a reasonable rate in a very short period of time with the same or better coverage than what I had and did all of this with me in Australia
