We are here right now~~~absolutely DELICIOUS SEAFOOD!!!! Our waitress, Barbara, is THE BEST!!!!!
Service was horrible! Our waitress was Barbara or at least that's what the receipt read. Wait time was forever. Time to receive our food was way too long. My children and i received our plates first, but she forgot my mom's. After she walked away and finally came back to check on us, she still hadn't realized my mom's plate was missing. Went there today for lunch got a bowl of oyster stew worst oyster stew I ever had very awful it was watery Harley did not have no taste about five or six oysters will never eat there again had to beg the waitress to wait on us I also found shells in my oyster stew when I told the waitress she did not do anything about it she told the cook and he got pissed off I will never eat there again $13 for a bowl of oyster stew and it was lousy
We had the worst experience here last year. Waitress lost our ticket before she even put the food in. We sat there for over an hour before the manager realized we still had no food. Etc. Finally tried this place again tonight, and sat at the bar instead of a table. Best Service Ever! Jen was our server and we were all happy as clams. ☺️ We will definitely be back but will anyways opt for a bar seat. Delicious food with large portions, what more could anyone want?
My family has been regular customers at Alex's for over 15 years, but today that ended. We waited for over an hour for our food. When I brought the concern about our experience to the person in charge there tonight, I was treated in less than an acceptable way. The only recourse for our horrible experience was to take the soft drinks off the check. My family will no longer be patronizing Alex's and I will not recommend the restaurant as I have done in the past.
My husband and I went for a Valentine's day fix of crab fries but saw that there was a crab meat sandwich on the menu. We decided to get the crab meat sandwich with sweet potato fries. The waitress was helpful in that when she decribed it, she raved as to how wonderful it was. The lady knew what she was talking about. So good, wish we could have had room for another. We will be back for sure.
My husband bought 2 fish sandwich platters. it was awful. Not fresh by any stretch of the imagination. If I had not know it was fish; i could have very well been eating a piece of cardboard.
Delicious Never had a bad meal ! Love the staff they make you feel like home !Keep up the good work Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!
