Excellent !! I came 10 mins after they closed and the manger Jose served me with a smile on his face even after a long day!!! I am very pleased with the service, And food is delicious like always!!!!
If i could give this place a 0 star i would they may have had better days but today MAY not have been one of them . How do you place a order a 9 am to be ready at 1 pm and they take your cc info so they can charge you before making a large order ok im fine with that i show up at 1:20 giving them a little extra time and they haven't even cooked my order i had to wait 35 more mins after i showed up not only did i have to wait almost a extra hour im going to be late for work THANK YOU ALEX SEAFOOD AT THE NEW CASTLE FARMERS MARK... read more
Only had one bad experience in the 8+ visits to the establishment but they made up for it. The front staff could be a little friendlier but as long as Jose handles my orders I'll continue to give them my business.
Had an amazing lunch at Alex's today!! Sooo glad we stopped in. Simply amazing batter. Service was awesome!!!!! Thank you!
Good food and nice ppl
Went to eat there this past Friday 6/3/16. Food was good however service is still something that could be improved on. We got seated right away and the young girl brought us our drinks. It took a little time for the server to take our order. It has been awhile since we've been there but service has been an issue before.
