Ranae is the best! I had not received a life insurance check after canceling my policy. She went above and beyond to make sure all my information was correct and I received it. Even followed up several times. I felt very valued as a customer even though I had canceled my policy with them (reasons not pertaining to this office). Would definitely recommend!!!
