Alex was instrumental in not only listing and selling my home, but with me living out of town, he generously jumped in and became the project manager overseeing and meeting all repair contractors at the house, inspecting and making many repairs himself, as well as cutting trees, walking along the roof, yard work, etc., to ensure all necessary repairs were made correctly to pass inspections.
