Alex Mullins is the most hard-working and thorough realtor I have known, in a lifetime of transactions in several states. On the sell side, he doesn’t just list the property, he markets it. On one land parcel, he not only put up prominent signs, he marked the roadside with lines that enabled the viewer to identify the property lines.
