Alex helped guide me for the last year and half find my perfect home. He listened to what my needs were and when I could not find a prebuilt home he found a custom home builder who built my perfect home. I couldn’t have gone through this process without him. Alex was instrumental in not only listing and selling my home, but with me living out of town, he generously jumped in and became the project manager overseeing and meeting all repair contractors at the house, inspecting and making many repairs himself, as well as cutting trees, walking along the roof, yard work, etc., to ensure all necessary repairs were made correctly to pass inspections.
