Alex, Was able to sell my large house to a great family that fit right in to the neighborhood and get a decent price for me, He also found me a rental I could move into while I looked for a new house. After a lot of looking he found me a great house in a 55+ Community with great amenities and a beautiful house with everything on one floor which is what I was looking for. He wouldn't even answer basic questions about a property for me (and I already had approved credit Union funding). He literally refused to answer and rushed me. I would not recommend.
