He is extremely arrogant and cannot take criticism without lashing out. He will never take accountability for mistakes. Avoid. If you don't avoid, please do not leave him alone with a child.
He has considerable expertise in pediatrics, but my experience has raised concerns about his ability to empathize and take accountability for actions that cause harm or distress. Despite repeated and respectful attempts to address an ongoing issue, my concerns were consistently dismissed. This pattern of behavior makes me question whether he prioritizes the emotional and relational well-being of those in his care.
Very sweet and loving demeanor. Great doctor. My son is autistic and he loves him!
Dr. Marchini is a wonderful man, he really cares about the kids and takes the time to understand, to explain and to enjoy the child he is seeing. I highly recommend him.
