During my recent care for extensive foot surgery, I received excellent care from Dr. MacDonnell and his staff. Always prompt, courteous, and friendly. Dr. MacDonnell answered all questions during my office visits and when I called the office or messaged him via MyCart, I would get a call-back from the staff or a MyChart response within 24 hours and usually within 4-6 hours. one of the most rude staff I have ever came in contact with. Now let me be the first to say I never met or Spoke to DR Macdonell his self. his staff treated me like they could careless about me or my issue. I was actually told to google anther DR after a referral from the emergency room. I was very disheartened by this sequence of events.
Doctor is very informative and seems to really care about his patients.
