0 Star : My Experience The documentation I recieved from your collision shop stated that the Geico adjuster visually inspected the Finish of my car for " All visible parts properly aligned and secure". That is not the case I would request that someone else who has my interest in mind look at my car next time. Because it's coming back to be corrected.

5 Star : My Experience Job was well done. Lets just say that first. I thought the comunication was off this time. Text message on Tuesday says that car is on track for completion date. Thursday we are now delayed till Tuesday. Call a person! You gave me a free rental and that was great, I truely appreciated it. Tuesday comes around and nothing, no email, no call NOTHING! 5 Star : Likely to Recommend Despite the fact that I had to return to get it repair, I was happy that the shop did everything they could to rectify their mistake. When I returned to give them a second chance to repair, they got me a rental car for the day; it was a little bit inconvenience for me. Overall, still a job well done.
