Well I walked into that office in pain, a head full of stories of people's own ideas of what was going to happen to me. Immediately I'm greeted with warmth and kindness and I'm already calmer great music is playing. Dr. was fabulous caring her patience was a mile long they could not numb this crazy tooth even injected directly into the nerve. no luck. After having three crowns yesterday I found myself needing a root canal today. I called the practice upon a recommendation from my friend and they scheduled me immediately. I was lucky as the tooth had two calcifications and she was able to do the job. I only felt the pinch with the first medication and had at least two more during the process. Great staff!!! Excellent overall experience!
During my root canal procedure, Dr. Bachour was constantly monitoring me to check that I was having NO PAIN (and I had absolutely NONE except a pinch for the numbing shots). She also kept me informed as to what she was going to do immediately prior to each step she took. She was GREAT!
Dr Bachour is very good at her profession. She is very thorough, gentle, intelligent and persistent! I had calcified roots, she wasn’t sure she would be able to get the main root, let alone the others (I’m lucky, had 3 roots) and she got them all. She explained things as she went along, always checking on my comfort and her staff is wonderful also! I’m glad that I was referred to her, hoping I won’t need another one but if I do, I’ll definitely go back!
Excellent experience with Dr Bachour. She explained everything both before and during the procedure which really helped calm my anxiety. She was able to fix my tooth in one visit. Very kind and caring. Highly recommend!
Dr Bachour did an excellent job of diagnosing and treating my infected tooth. very satisfied with her and the entire Office !!
