We want to highly recommend and extend our compliments to the Alex Freddie Construction team. They just finished a project for us that involved repairing family room, laundry and bathroom walls was well as flooring after a major water leak in the laundry room wall. Alex is skilled at defining the work to be done and suggesting solutions to problems. His team, a plumber, an electrician, drywallers, painters and tile installer did the jobs with skill. Disappointed with my experience working with Alex Freddi Construction, LLC. While things started off well, the project quickly went off track. Communication became difficult, deadlines were missed, and there was a noticeable lack of organization. Several aspects of the work had to be redone due to poor attention to detail, and I ended up spending more time and money than originally planned. Alex Freddi Construction has handled a number of different remodel projects in our home over the last 10+ years, including a challenging bathroom remodel, a complete kitchen remodel, and a family room remodel. The results have been excellent every time. Our most recent project was a laundry room renovation. We have used Alex Freddi for two bathroom remodels and a basement remodel project, and are 100% satisfied with their work. Our project manager, Alex K., was always responsive to my questions and concerns, and he accommodated my change requests efficiently. All their subcontractors did excellent work - everyone was on time and very detailed, including a challenging wallpaper installation that they handled beautifully. Just had our main bathroom remodeled and we could not be happier. From the first meeting with Alex, the process was positive and professional. Early conversations helped shape the eventual design and the results are what we were looking for. The crews were professional and all worked hard to minimize the "impact" on the rest of our house. There were zero surprises along the way, including the bid, which came in on budget. If you are considering a remodel, you need to have a conversation with Alex, you won't regret it!
