Dr Fokin is smart, efficient and thorough. I had a somewhat complicated surgery which he walked me through clearly. I felt well looked after and in very safe hands. I had to cancel my son's right-knee surgery due to the irresponsibility of the Memorial Medical Office Division of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine; they never contacted us regarding pre-surgical procedures, even though I had to go there in person twice because they neither answer the phone nor reply to emails. I hope you do something about this, Dr. Fokin, as your own reputation is at stake in this situation.
