I had to cancel my son's right-knee surgery due to the irresponsibility of the Memorial Medical Office Division of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine; they never contacted us regarding pre-surgical procedures, even though I had to go there in person twice because they neither answer the phone nor reply to emails. I hope you do something about this, Dr. Fokin, as your own reputation is at stake in this situation.
Dr. Alex Fukin is an excellent, highly skilled physician, and I have nothing but positive things to say about his medical care. However, my experience with his office staff has been consistently poor. Unfortunately, the office staff is unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Dr. Fokin was my wife’s surgeon after she fell and suffered a fracture in her upper arm. He is highly professional, kind, and responsive. My wife is already in the early stages of recovery and is feeling very well. We are grateful that Dr. Fokin was her surgeon, and we are happy to recommend him to anyone in need of orthopedic care.
Dr. Alex Fokin is a Wonderful Doctor . Saving my Life long Partner Christopher Scott knee's. His knee replacements was done in Both knee's left leg in 2020 and the Right one in 2201.. So we will be driving back 3hrs just to see him again 😃
