I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the service I have received from Dr. Dudetsky's office in recent times. Unfortunately, my experience with the office has been overwhelmingly negative. It has become nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, and emails are only sporadically responded to, often after significant delays. Medical staff and doctor are clearly not communicating. Patients are left without prescription because staff forgets to refill. I’m reporting this practice to the board as of 03/26/24. Patients of this practice, please make sure if your prescriptions are not tampered with.
Dedicated doctor, thoughtful, straight, eager to solve problems.
